These are development-use guidelines. Final subscription terms and the legal operator's details are not yet approved, and no paid service is offered through this preview.
Purpose of the prototypes
Use the site to explore the proposed product and test made-up business workflows. Sample records, screens and planned feature descriptions are not a promise that every feature is available.
No live business reliance
Do not rely on the prototypes for bookings, invoicing, compliance records, emergency communications, payments or other live business operations. Changes may be reset, altered or removed as development continues.
Responsible testing
Use made-up records. Do not upload private customer information, children's details, health information or content you do not have permission to use. Do not share the owner's login with testers.
Payments and external services
No checkout is enabled. Prices are proposals only. Subscription terms, VAT treatment, cancellation arrangements and third-party service charges will be specified before sales begin.
Feedback and changes
Submitted feedback is used to improve the product. Keep comments focused on the workflow and leave out personal information. Screens and functionality may change as we respond to testing.
Final terms
The eventual service contract, responsibilities, support levels, acceptable-use policy and legal information require completion and review before live customer onboarding. This testing notice is not a substitute for those documents.
