The calculations, sign-off rules and manager view shown are the planned first release. Photo scanning of Z-reports and receipts is AI-assisted: it reads the figures in for you, but staff must check them against the paper before signing off. Saved venue records, staff log-ins, manager reopening with an audit trail, automatic Till OS totals and sales-export imports are the next build stages before release.
